Well, for a 3rd processing: their refund Fee is 8 Eur and their chargeback is 35Eur, means you will lose which way you go.
while setup time, is the time you need to get to the US to get a real merchant account.

It is EU rates and rates of our banks.
If you are in USA , then no problem to get merchant account for your business.
But if you are international, then you still can get US merchant account but it will cost money, time and etc. Limits and rates will be not good if you would be from USA.

Also, our refund fee is 7 USD not 8 EUR. Chargeback fee is 35 USD.

We are doing new version if the site to reflect the latest changes in our company.
