I mean if you put ads like of google in your webpage does it help you get your website on like the top of the search engines? or it doesn't matter whether you have ads or not?

It won't matter at all since the ads are made in Java Script & google doesn't really check Java Scripts.

I think it surely doesn't influence.

I can't see it having any impact considering it's google who created it in the first place. :)

Well i had a discussion in another forum about whether or not PPC can help your PR. The real problem is that most PPC links are dynamic and redirects mostly so they dont get indexed. But if somehow they could be indexable... ;-)

If someone knows of a PPC service which provides indexable links please let us know.

Yes. Spiders only read Text. No Images, No Java-scripts, not even the associated CSS.
