I've been with lalaweb.com for several years, and the service has slowly been getting worse and worse. Over the last 5 months or so, the service has been absolutely horrible!

They've changed and modified servers (without any notice), which has caused a number of problems with my sites and email accounts. They did send me one notice about a possible down-time with my email, but they sent it to my domain email account (even though they had a secondary account on file). How was I supposed to read it when my email was down?

Because of another server change, a password protected section became 'un-protected', and anyone could access the content. Once it was discovered, it took several phone calls and emails to get the problem fixed.

I've asked for clarification about the last few problems, but got nothing but the run-around. The people who work there seem to pass things off on others, but no one takes care of anything. I was promised that the owner/CEO was going to call me to address the problems I'd been complaining about...that was in January and I've yet to get the phone call!

My latest communication asked for information about, among other things, account cancellation, and I have yet to hear back (surprise, surprise!). This was January 15th.

I was impressed with the company in the beginning. They are Canadian, and were offering some good hosting re-seller plans. However, those plans in no way make up for the complete lack of service that I've been receiving.

Has anyone else had this type of service from lalaweb? I can't imagine that I'm the only one.

O do I agree with the above post!!

Lalaweb.com was formally a good company but now I wouldn't recommend them to my compenditor or my enemy. What a NIGHTMARE they are to work with.

DO NOT USE LALAWEB.COM
