On 3 March I got a confirmation from Bannersmall that they got my order and they said:

"Thanks for the order, banners will be ready within 48 hours"

Any idea if they actually deliver on the promise as it is now more than 48 hours.

Have others had any problems as despite two emails to them to confirm some additional details with the order, they have not responded.

Welcome other peoples experiences as a bit disappointed after hearing good things about them.

Of course, is it is going to take more than 48 hours, then atlrast contact the customer and let them know the status.

Hi, I am one of the designers at bannersmall.com. We changed our delivery time to 78 hours last week due to heavy volume of orders. There have been a few orders that have been delayed due to this and we apologize for the inconvenience. Senthu may have made a mistake when he told you about the 48 hour delivery since we have 78 hours advertised on the website.

Could you please tell me which banner you ordered? I'll make sure to have it to you tonight.

Got my banners now from Bannersmall and they are looking good.

I guess they just need to update the auto-responder that goes out when they confirm orders and change it from 48 hours to 72.

But on my initial impression of what they have done, they really have a great understanding of what you need in a banner.

Bannersmall have a great portfolio, i've never dealt with them personally but I know Senthu and he is great person :)

Their banners are never second best! I might place an order myself this week and give my own verdict.
