What's More attractive when it comes to buying a dedicated server from the above poll ONLY?

What is a lot? Since some servers like rackspace offer 30 GB, and others offer 300 GB I'm not sure where a lot comes in. Is 65 GB a lot? Or 100 GB? Having 'enough' is certainly important to me, and 30 I think everyone would consider 'not a lot', but I would consider both 100 and 300 a lot. Either would be fine for my needs well into the future, so I would consider a host offering anywere from 100 - 300.

Also in addition to 'company name' (which I read as a "long extablished big player") you left out company reputation. One of the things about DV2 is that while their history is not as long as other companies and I have never heard their company name before coming here, everyone has good things to say about them and there are few if any complaints about them. So I would say reputation, no matter how long established their name is, is very important.

How about good support? I think that could probably top the list.

Also, some setup fees are different than others. A $30 setup fee for a $10/month account is unreasonable, but I consider a few $ setup for the same $10/month account to be very reasonable.

I think all of them are important as well as good support. It's hard to decide on a provider if it lacks one of them.
