What credits cards do they accept?

I cant believe you are still in business either...what kind of dumb post is that? Did it ever occur that they might provide a good service? good support? a host is bad just because a couple of people have a bad experience with a host?? Have you actually had an account with them??

This is why this portion of WHT is worthless, it is like trusting the reality of a soap opera...if you want real information stick to dedicated servers, technical issues, running a web biz or software...

You are only going to find bad posts about companies here...so take them with a grain of salt.

I am sorry but i am getting sick of people throwing their 2 cents worth, when in reality they know nothing...or have no facts to base their judgement.

roly, i think they accept visa, mastercard, discover and american express judging from their signup form. Also people should email their sales when inquiring about a host to see the kind of rely you get.

I think negative posts about hosts are often valid.
Most people need to be pushed beyond reasonable limits before they will say anything negative about a host.
Email correspondence with a sales department should not be your determining factor when choosing a host.

I couldnt disagree with you more software...people will complain at the little drop in the bucket...how many posts are there when a host goes down for like 2 minutes it is a posting frenzy...

I just said that by searching in WHT forums for dellz and looking at their history of their website back last year, fasthosts resellers, with archive.org .
