I didn't see a lot of information regarding this company and figured that this post might help other people who want to venture into the realm of VDS (virtual dedicated servers) some insight.

My Exprerience:
I was in need of a virtual dedicated (private) server account, and I found rosehosting.com . In the beginning is was a little hard to get a feel for admininstrating your own server, because I was so used to the shared hosting environment and cpanel. But Rosehosting no matter what stupid question I asked or how many questions I asked (and these were a lot) would always answer me politely and in a timely manner. I would strongly suggest them to anyone who wants to take the next step up from shared hosting and go with rosehosting because the are willing to work and grow with you. Today, I wanted to upgrade my version of php to version 4.1.2, so I downloaded the tar.gz file from php.net and my ftp client kept on crashing for some unknown reason. Rosehosting built a binary package and installed it on my server, now that's service!
