Hi all, i dont really know a lot about dedicated servers ! But im between to choose a dedicated and a reseller plan, can you please explain me about what if I want a dedicated server but i want to give to my client a nice control panel like cpanel ? is that possible ?

Sure it is, as long as you are willing to pay $100 for a CPanel licence (or less if you host with a Cpanel reseller). There are plenty of control panels with a one time fee, like Plesk, Ensim, HSphere,... I suggest you go through all the sites of the control panel companies and compare features and pricing.
