I am looking for an extremely knowledgeable on call / on site system admin at 600 W. 7th St. Los Angeles, California
Requirements are:
- You must live near the area
- 24/7 On call NOT required. But once work assigned, expect completion within 24 hours.
- Approx 5 - 10 hours of work each month. Will graduately grow as we expand.
- Advanced experience with Redhat/CentOS OS
- OS Installs
- Severe Kernel repair
- Kernel upgrades, security patches..etc
- hardware maintenance with servers, switches, APC's, etc. Must be able to troubleshoot and repair 1u and 2u servers Must be able to do ram, harddrives, replace cpu's/coolers, etc.
- Capable of setting up KVM and KVM switches
- must be 18 or older.
- Network Management and Maintenance is a plus.
