I'm a buyer from the Philippines, and i would like to buy a domain name using my credit card to a site that uses Paypal. But there is no Philippines in the list of countries.

So that means it's NOT possible to purchase through Paypal?

If you country is not listed as a supported country (http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-signup-countries-outside), then no, Paypal cannot support you at this time.

But if you have a CC, doesn't the country support just credit cards in some way, shape, or form?

Unfortunately there is no way for you to pay via PayPal, unless they do not add your country to the supported country list.

Does the company does not allow direct Credit Card payments?

The domain regisrar website has Paypal. I would like to buy domains using my credit/debit card through the site's Paypal payment process. But i cant go on since there is no Philippines in Country drop down list. I thought it was just an error or something, that's why i want to confirm it here.
