I am with Site5 a couple of weeks now and I have to agree with you: they rock!
I like the community feeling they create and my website has been running very fine since I moved to them :). Service has been great as well, once they even updated cpanel with a custom request (clear logfiles) within a few hours :D.
If they keep going on like this, I think I have found 'my host'!
(I'm on the most expensive shared hosting package: Zenith)

Id just like to add that SITE 5 ROCK!
I Have been with them for a couple of months now and host 4 sites with them on my Mecury plan ( http://www.farr.net.nz http://www.desktop.net.nz http://www.chatf1.net.nz and one of my customers sites), I particularly like their tech support, (Tim Greer put in a huge amount of effort into helping me get a third party CGI script going(changing the server, fixing holes in the script, debugging the script to name a few).
Two thumbs up for Site5.com:agree::agree:Yep, definitely!

Yeah,
Site5 is amazing. Ive been put in a weird position for me, I have to choose a webhost for a rather large project, one that goes far beyond me, and I have it down to two, Site5 being one of them. Im a bit worried about their charge for bandwidth overages though. Thats the price of great service I assume.

Not the cheapest host around, but one of the best. You can trust them with an important site.
