If you are from the UK then I would try looking at http://www.bigbytes.co.uk for a host. If you ask every host you encounter and tell them what you are after and how extreme the sites are going to be then I am sure you can find someone to host them for you. As long as they are not straight up porn you shouldn't have to much difficulty.
