Do you have a Q&A section?? A lot of info one would need is nowhere to be found. For instance:
1. Do you offer static IP?
2. Do you support IMAP4 for email?
3 Is SMTP server included?

Just a few of the top of my head...

Thank you for your interest in our services, I will try and answer all the questions posted.

1. We have multiple servers ranging from raq4i's to p3 1Gigs which all have at least 512MB Ram per server. These servers are located with Rackshack.
2. We do not give Static IPs unless requested.
3. We currently do not offer IMAP4.
4. Yes, all accounts come with SMTP servers.
5. 4d.com is not affiliated sorry.
6. Our design was done in-house.
