Any idea how to re-install QMAIL package for Plesk CP. Will it affect existing data/configuration? I can always backup qmail dir and replace the new one later ;)

Are you using the standard install or the RPM install of plesk? If you are using the RPM you can do it no problem. The standard version however, might be a little tricky. qmail is not in the "standard" location (/var/qmail), so that must be taken into account. I would check with plesk before you try it, just to be safe.
