Do we need to go through the normal transfer procedures?

Or is there an easier way to transfer lots of domains away form RegisterFly to Enom?

There is no easy way to transfer to eNom. You should have to use standard transfer procedure.

RegisterFly and Namecheap has special agreements with Enom to provide bonus *cheap* features that are not available very cheap from common ETP or subaccounts. That is the main reason RegisterFly and NameCheap can offer whois protection with domain registration but also lose push of domains between other resellers.
