Your network has good ping to me, any special on normal dedicated servers? such as P4-2.8G (HT, 1mb cache) box

Any IP to the unmetered network? Don't see mzima / nscnap in fixedorbit.

FixedOrbit is extremely flawed, it does not show half of what is really there most of the time. I would never reccomend using it as a basis for determining a providers peering.

NSCNAP and Mzima are most definately present on Matt's network.
