I have read alot of unfounded rumors posted on this forum about Marc and MCHost lately. Since this is a public forum where anyone can say anything they want, (about webhosting) I would like to say that MCHost has provided me the best product, at the best price, with the best level of service that I have EVER experienced from ANY web hosting provider.
Marc personally saved me a client tonight. MCHosts' product and service level are unmatched in the hosting industry today. I highly recommend them to anyone considering using their service.

I posted my opinion of a web hosting company that I am currently a customer of who just did me a HUGE favor.
Unfortunately, it is against human nature to say anything nice about someone else, even if they did you a favor.

Use the Help Desk. I got a solution - not just a reply - in less than 10 minutes from Marc himself at 10:00pm EST.
My ticket was marked urgent, however.

You said you emailed him, pm'ed him, etc ... but have you tried the MCHost Help Desk ?
It's not like Marc is running the servers out of his mom's basement ... MCHost has a support team ...

How can you (otherground) establish a correlation between (best product, at the best price, with the best level of service that I have EVER experienced) and (unfounded rumors posted on this forum about Marc and MCHost lately), they have absolutely nothing to do with each other, YOU do not know what happened and why bring the subject back up?

That sums up the current state of WHT completely. If its not a flame, don't post seems to be the order of the day. Maybe they should rename to WebHostingFlames :rolleyes:

Criticism is fine if it is justified - whether deserved or not, if its given in good faith then there's no problem. Its when 10000 other people jump onto the thread and start picking up on every last word and posting all sorts of unjustified opinions and flames, completely detracting from the main issues at hand.
