I am siging the ETP agreement. But their staff ask me to send the front and back of my credit card ? They said they need to verify it.
They said I couldn't add points by credit card if I do not send it.
Is this safe for me to send it ?
Could I ask to add credit card later ?

should be safe to fax your CC back/front, but never email it since emails aren't are sent in clear text by default.

Its part of a lot of companies standard fraud checks for certain countries, card types or ip ranges.
enom are a large corporation, so unlikely to go shopping on your card :D but if you're worried ask their sales team if you can verify your identity with say passport or driving licence , but you'll still need to deposit the amount to get your account enabled as an ETP

I have not had good experiences with eNom, so you should be wary; it is difficult to find a good registrar these days. They also currently seem to have the highest domain redemption fee in the business; $300 last time I checked. Although, it is rare, many clients do allow their domains to fall into redemption; try explaining a $300 fee to them.
We currently use Planet Domain who charges a $70 redemption fee, which we feel is still high, but reasonable considering what other companies charge.

I have had good response from eNom tech support. BTW, Planet Domain...they have some high prices don't they? 1000+ domains and you only get $11.69? Plenty of places can beat that.

70.00 redemption is cheap but I would rather pay a high redemption fee and get domain names at a lower cost.

isn't the registry cost is $85?
btw enom is $200 and most places charges $150-$200

I think it is 75.00
Some registrars are more competitive. The fact is they have a captive audience and can charge what they want

****....I have sent all the documents to him and the sales told me "go ahead and make the wire transfer". After I made the transfer, the sales ask me to send more documents to them.
I am very disappointed with Enom !

They used to respond to info@enom.com
I think the person who handles enom sales is now John kane. You might want to talk to him if you cannot get it resolved.
