i also tried to talk with them today , and he even called me ( international call ) and we talked ....
they doesnt admit it , but HEY ! look at the main page they now have 120mb connection .... i assume they are pusing atleast 80% of it , and even if not .... you see , it is limited .....

I have an idea.
We will buy that www.lotr2.com domain that was towards bidding.
we put it on fasthosts, but we do not put on it any CPU INTENSIVE apps.
only one pic, and a few texts.
We wait till lotr2 is released, at that time we should recieve million of hits.
our bandwidth should explode, while not passing any of their regulations. we will have all of it documented, and testified, and screenshotted and logged.
If they overcharge our account or close our account, we can deal them with a very planned-ahead and detailed law suit.
anyone wants to do that?
