I need to migrate a few hundred sites from a Raq4 to Cpanel, and I have used the tip found on cpanel forum on how to migrate.
I get the sites and email - no problem, but how do I do the passwords

It says:
"Copy passwords from /etc/shadow (use data from cmu.xml):
old server: /etc/shadow
new server: /etc/shadow (mainuser only)
new server: /home/mainuser/etc/
virtual ftp: /etc/proftpd/mainuser"

I have unpacked cmu.xml and found the md5 passwords, but where do I put them on the new machine ?

Any ideas ?
