Ok, here is my story (and I'm sticking to it). One of my domains, phdns.com is not resolving. Now, I can get to it from my home computer, and work computer. However, others around the world cannot get to it. (That could be a DNS thing).

Anyway, here are the veriables:

Registered @ buldregister.
Domain points to the correct name servers.
Worked up until a couple of days ago.
Configured correctly on the server (I have checked that a few hundred times).
I can ping the domain from another server within the NOC it is hosted at. Like I said above, I can ping it from Nevada and the NOC is in Virginia.

Any ideas, suggestions? Can you ping phdns.com or not?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Nope.

"Cannot connect to the server." and other warnings.
I pinged from tracert.com from multiple locations.
None of them resolved PHDNS.COM

------ End of ping-report ------- :)

Nope, can't reach it here. Strange thing is, if I dig your nameserver, I can see it just fine, and I can ping the address that it's supposed to resolve to. Have you changed your zone file within the past couple days?

Edit: Okay, nevermind. Here's your problem.

Well, I guess that would make sense then. My nose is too big - can't see under it.

Heh.
I didn't wanna believe it when I saw it myself. I noticed it in my xterm next to my browser as I hit the Submit Reply button in the browser.
