we need 2 nice templates for our new business (resellers; dedicated, colo).
The designs we need must be UNIQUE (can not be resold to anyone else), corporate, eye catching. A logo design would be needed and 2 or 3 banners. We actually have no idea how this all could look like but we are open to ideas and are VERY picky (this must be approved from 3 partners).
What do we offer?

So, instead of money we would receive the reseller package? Or is that just a bonus?

So we design the website, get the package for one year, then after that we gotta pay the $1200/year ourself? heh.

What if I want to refund the package and just take the cash? Can I have just $1200 instead?

Only the reseller package.

After the year it's 100/month. You should be able to built yourself a business in 12 month which makes you a 100 monthly or alternatively host sites for clients for which you designed sites.
Alternatively we might have more design jobs in the near future, some for us and some for paying clients.

No cash. After investing the money into the new business there's not much more left than covering the start up costs and a couple of month of maintenance until the business generates money.

So I hear that you need a logo design...
I would be happy to do it for you and some banners to. I will do just those though and i will do them for free free !!!
