What do I do if the company I registered through, who is a reseller for enom, won't respond to emails or support tickets regarding domain changes?

Chicken 02-28-2002, 12:53 AM Transfer to either a different enom reseller or another registrar. ToastyX 02-28-2002, 06:27 AM ARGH! I'm in the same boat, so I tried transferring one of my domains to another registrar, but all eNom domain names have a Register Lock "feature" by default. From eNom's site: What does the term ?Registrar Lock? mean? This is a feature that prevents your domain name from being transferred from eNom to another registrar. If you are attempting to transfer a name away from eNom, this lock must be removed. How do I add or remove the "Registrar Lock" from my domain? Log into your account, click "Domain Names" (gold menu item), click "My Domains" (blue menu), click on the domain name you want to modify. This will take you to the Domain Name Control Panel, a page that allows you to edit all settings for this particular domain. The "Registrar Lock" option is a link named "Set Reg-lock/Auto-Renew Options" at the bottom of the page in the "Utilities" section. Check or uncheck it, press save changes, and you're done. I would LOVE to remove the "Registrar Lock" from my domain, but I can't log into my account because I don't have an account through them! I tried contacting eNom about this, and eNom told me to contact the reseller. I tried contacting the reseller and after waiting 2 weeks for a reply, they gave me a generic FAQ answer, as if they didn't even read my e-mail! I don't know what to do. :( JeffH 02-28-2002, 10:54 AM I'm going to call enom today (using the number from their whois db). Hopefully if I can get a live person on the phone I can at least get the registrar-lock removed and allow my transfer to godaddy go through. nox 02-28-2002, 11:48 AM JeffH I tried to PM you, but it seems that function doesn't work for me..
