I'm up for negotiations for the following sites:

http://smashboards.com and smashboards.net
http://smashbrosmelee.com
http://smashworld.org

Over 18,000 registered members at smashboards.com. The other two sites are the main content, and they have good google/yahoo/other search engine positioning... they feed in new members daily. Around 2,000,000 page impressions just at the message boards every month.

Drop me a line if interested or if more information (such as site income, more stats) is wanted.

Hey,
Here are some stats:
http://smashboards.com/smashstats.html

Income is very hard to average out, because it varies so much. I really don't have time to get the potential out of the site...there is a huge opportunity to commercialize different aspect of t he site (for example, the most popular part of the forums is the tournament room. People organize tournaments and advertise them on smashboards.com, and I ran a poll a few weeks ago in which over 50% of the people claimed they would pay to advertise their smash bros tournament on the top of the site. I just haven't had time or resources to implement such a thing).

So for now the only sources of income are ad revenue and membership revenue. Currently there are around 33 premium members... these are paying members who get benefits, such as custom avatars, extra PM storage, popup and banner free styles, etc... Most of these members are either on the $25 a year or the $35 a year membership plan. It's hard to predict when new members will join though... I wasn't getting many for a while, then I promoted it a bit, and I got over 15 new members in the span of a few weeks (end of JAn to early Feb).

Ad revenues are a little more predictable. Popups bring in around $3-7 a day, although this is going down as more and more people have popup blockers. There are three types of banners I use now. One of them brings $5-6 a day, another $1-3 a day. Finally, just this last week I tried out google ads. I only put their ads on a few selective pages, but they seem to be doing well. Here is a page with the revenue from just the selective google ads I've run over since last Friday:

So yeah, all the revenue is from these third party ad type of companies... if you had the resources to develop your own ad system, payout would be incredibly greater. Like I said, I just don't have the time anymore.

Also, feel free to contact me online if you wish.

could you say how much you want for it and how you want the payment to happen? for example: using bank transfer.

Somewhere in xx,xxx range - I'm up for offers right now, but I did pay some money to get the sites appraised so I won't be going just by best offer. I can help run the site for a bit to get everything settled.

Bank transfer is probably the best way... I have paypal, but I'm not sure what their limits are on transfers.
