They are charging me something like $100 to get it setup and it is a one time fee.

Something which WorldPay practices is price discrimination. They give a different price to different customers.

For example, when I got my account setup, it was a $100 CDN setup fee with a reasonable discount rate. Whereas other people on this board (particularly from the UK) have said that they have paid many times that amount to obtain that same discount rate.

The best way to find out how much exactly it cost as well as whether or not it is included in your account is to contact WorldPay.
