Does the website have to be in English to sign up with 2checkout? Or can it be in any other language?

I dont see why the site would have to be in english...any language should be ok, but the payment link will send them to 2checkout and they will need to know enough english so they can fill out an order form

Exactly, 2Checkout.com has numerous customers with non-english web sites. The payment form is in english though.
