On 22 Feb 2005 at 10:22 PM I submitted a ticket inquiring about some of my threads, which had been deleted without any explanation. At 11:42 PM a mod responded that he was reviewing one of the posts, and he also asked me a question. I replied at 12:29 AM, but he never got back to me. On 23 Feb 2005 at 07:34 PM I submitted a follow-up question in the same ticket asking if I could post another thread without it being deleted. But to date, that inquiry has gone unanswered as well. Can I submit another ticket now without getting the mod pissed off at me? Or should I wait another week or so to see if the existing ticket will eventually be answered? Regards, Gary BenEDH 02-25-2005, 12:50 PM Generally, they're pretty good at responding withing 24 hours, but every once in a while they're bound to take a little bit longer :) |
