How much uptime do they usually have? I've been given a deal that is very hard to not accept...but I want some background information on them first. Are they reliable? How's their customer support?

that does seem too good to be true, granted that the bandwidth per month along will cost them more not mentioning disk space unless they are using a 450 GB raid...

I never read anything bad about them here.

(FYI: It's a lot cheaper than their other plans because their HSphere Servers use Cogent Bandwidth.)

Please fill me in; I know just the basics when it comes to web hosting. What is Cogent Bandwidth?

Cogent Bandwidth is very inexpensive but has a lower quality when compared to other types of bandwidth.

Lowwer quality??? I think not.

Bandwith is bandwith, how can one kind of bandwith have lower quality than the other.

Don't you mean less reliability?!!!
