Hey All,
In light of the other recent thread about whether or not there is room for another control panel, I am wondering if there is room for another billing program like ModernBill / WHM AutoPilot.
If so, what would it take feature and usability wise to win you over and what kind of pricing structure would interest the majority of people. Are there any shortcommings of current platforms that you would like to see fixed in a new program.
I look forward to your replies.
Elliot.

maybe not another billing system because a lot of people already settle in with ModernBill and WHM AutoPilot but a billing system with some sort of CRM for host.
my two cent

Just because someone has settled with something doesn't necessarily mean they're happy with it--they may just be lacking viable alternatives. ;)
Integrating with an enterprise-grade support package to provide a complete web hosting CRM system is the goal at this point. There are great ticket systems and will likely be great billing systems soon, but the trick is getting them to act as a single, cohesive unit. Everything will be right at the host's fingertips--whether they're answering support or handling customer service issues.
Stay tuned... :)
