Go easy on me because I am new to running my own Dedicated and not too hot on this stuff.

I am running a copy of VBull and a member who looks like is using verizon.net from home cannot get to my site. He gets the blank page error when trying to access it which tells me my DNS must be somewhat screwed up.

Is there a way I can check to make sure everything is okay. If he cannot access my page then I must also be missing other surfers as well. Is there something I should be doing after a reboot to make sure my pages are okay?

Check out your DNS entries over at www.dnsstuff.com. If there are any problems, contact http://www.dollardns.net/

You also might check out: http://www.dnswatchdog.com/articles/index.jsp for some articles. Is the site on a dedicated IP?

Yes, I just dont understand why somebody in Boston can't reach my page I run my domain name though:
http://www.checkdns.net/quickcheck.aspx
and everything looks fine to me.

What's the domain name? I can check things out and make sure everything's fine. If checkdns and dnsreport both look alright, then it's just a problem on his end.

Ask the client to try to browse the site in http://proxify.com, if he is able to access it from there then something in his end is having issues. Maybe this could be a browser issue.
