I've searched the web and I've contacted Microsoft, but have yet to find a feasable solution. Here's the problem:
I have a site in which I need to allow users to securely (via SSL) upload files through the web site with a form. This is all fine and good, except that when you try to upload with IE and have Friendly Error Messages turned on, it errors. This setting is turned on in IE by default, and this only happens with that box checked.
Everything I see says "Turn off Friendly Error Messages", but this is not a proper solution. I need a solution that fixes the problem rather than one that simply tells me to show every visitor how to get around it.
Please tell me someone here has run into (and fixed) this problem.
