We are having problems with this live chat from phpLive, its all setup with no problems but when we login as a user we are only shown as online from our website for a few seconds then for some strange reason it disconnects us.
phplive can't fix it or cant offer any solution apart from we host it on there server.
Anyone else had a problem with this software?, we really want to use phplive because it looks like such a great product and very well priced.

We've used phplive, we had problems to start but all fixed when we did a rebuild of perl/php we were having dbd problems, check you apache logs to see what the errors are, that normally helps.
Paste you error, as someone else may be able to help :D
