Bandwidth is via Nlayer and Above.net and its in Fortress ITX in New Jersey. If you don't want Paypal we ca take $15 off the monthly price for you

How is the bandwidth measured (i.e. 1000/1000 or 1773/227 or 2000/2000)?

How much is overage usage?

Its a 1773/227 type scenario and overage is approx $60 per 300GB but we take it on a case by case basis
