Yes the server is yours free and clear. Are there any catches? No, not really. We simply ask that the server be colocated on our network during the 3 month period (hey, you get it free anyway).

If you want it shipped, we'll ship it anywhere in the U.S. for $100 after the 90 day colocation period.

Are you guys in your own DC or in another companies in Las Colinas? Curious as I am evaluating DCs to move our colocation at this point.

Our administrative offices are in Las Colinas. We are in the Colo4Dallas data center, and make no bones about it. We are in the dedicated server business. They are in the data center business. We are applying the best synergy here.

We looked at a DC purchase, but felt like it would detract from providing the types of managed services we wanted to focus on.
