Hello, I've heard a lot about how google adsense is the best. The problem is the tax id and ssn questions. I do not want to give that stuff out to ANYONE. What are the next best programs for PPC/CPM that don't require this information? Popular ones such as ClickXchange and ShareASale all require this info too!

Regardless, I don't know anything about that, since I am not from America, most of them don't care about my tax info. Some require me to fill out a W8 form though.

No, I don't want to cheat taxes. Some websites take SSN OR TAX ID. The W8 form is exactly what I don't want though.
