What's the difference between Hostingzoom and Resellerzoom?

Apparently resellerzoom is the budget form of hostingzoom...
is that right? - what does that mean ? does it mean that the servers will be overloaded and slow... what would be the advantage of spending extra money for hostingzoom...?

Just got this from the HZ presales forum:
very quick reply.

Hi,

The main difference between HZ and RZ is the features, our HZ plans come with ClientExec Billing program, Free End User Support for your Customers and are hosted on upgraded servers.

HZ Server is typically comprised of Dual Xeon 2.8 and 2 to 4 GB Ram, 200-250 GB Hard Drives, located in ThePlanet Datacenter, Dallas Texas

RZ server is comprised of Dual Xeon 2.4 , 1 GB Ram and 200 GB Hard Drives located in Gnax Datacenter, Atlanta Georgia.

We dont overload our servers under any circumstance and wont do it with RZ Plans, we designed RZ Reseller plans to be "Value Based" and more affordable for all, where HZ is more for the feature rich Reseller.

Please let us know if need any further information.

Could anybody make it easier for dummies?
Is ThePlanet much (f.e. twice) better then Gnax or it's just a bit more stable so it should not be an important value?

For me personaly - I do not need ClientExec Billing program, Free End User Support for your Customers,;) BUT I badly need 99+ uptime and good connection speed (mostly for several my projects running OsCommerce) .

I'm OK with ResellerZoom features.
BUT according to WHT looks like if I need it to be as stable and fast as possible I should go to HostingZoom?

By the way "Peer1" is better then "ThePlanet" or what  ?

May be I can find (please point me) some kind of datacenter chart with a kind of their ranking?

You won't get a datacentre ranking chart, you have to visit their individual sites and decide. Look at their UPS plans, connectivity and security etc etc

There is no "chart" of a better datacenter... So looks like no of them is a "much better" leader?
Does it mean that all this mess with searching for a better datecentre does not bring anything?

According to all datacentre sites, they all have necessary connectivity and power supply, so if I'm not a professional I would not guess who's better...
