I am interested in working as a Support for a webhost company. I do have good knowledge in the hosting industry. I am very much friendly with clients as I have been dealing with them for the past 3 years in different fields...

I can do: live chat, e-mail ticket, reply on forums (or any other requirement I might be asked).

Side note: I live in Lebanon, thus timings for USA companies might be suitable since I could cover night hours (which they would obviously mean morning or noon timings here).
