I'm just starting up a webhosting/shell business and need someone to set up an attractive website for me.

The thing is, I have several full templates (html and flash) that can be used as a 'stepping stone'. If these are used, very very little work is required, but I am HTML and FLASH challenged =)

I am looking for a low cost solution, so i'm not too sure about price. That is to be discussed. It would be paid out via Paypal (most likely, unless that's a problem).

I'd like someone who is familiar with the business who can leave me with a 'template', where all i'll have to do is put in prices on the main page and fill out the 'company overview' myself. I'd like for users to be able to 'login' via a secure SSL page, but that too is to be discussed.
