i just signed up for a vps (cheapest package) and i wanted to know how long it will take to be setup (payment was sent)

I'm still waiting for my setup... 18hrs and still no communication

really....whenever yours is ready, you mind sending me a private message ? I sort of needed it asap...oh well, i guess i can wait like the others too :)

Well thats enough for me, I'm asking for a refund. Call me impatient but it looks like a very shaky start. 26 hours go by after payment and still no communication from woolly...

Nice' got a quick reply from suppot explaining fraud check delays etc. I am impressed by the fast, clear communication from support, and a sensible answer... although i wish the setup would have warned me a little better. Maybe I jumped the gun, but after reading through their forum I was uncertain of this companies future take a look and see what i mean...

I was offered a refund, which I will accept. But I will keep an eye on this provider as they do look promising. To those who sign up let me know how the service is, I may still come aboard.

The option in the list is not accurate as those from the woolnet's page.

The SIMM is so cheap these days, why the memory is still low in each of the plan.

The most important factor to web performance is memory.

With 128MB, you run a personal site, blog or photo album.
A mom-pop online store, or a BBS with 30-50 member, you would need at least 256MB.
A porn site, will needs 500MB memory plus a lots disk space, bandwidth.

In most case, other than running a porn site, the disk space and bandwidth is redundant. Rather the memory size is increased.

However, most of hosting company in the business don't seem to understand the hosting needs.
