Hello,
I am basically in need of a skilled support person who is also well versed in server administration. As of now I just need you to work for 3 days over the next weekend while I will be short on staff, but there will be possibilities for more work in the future.

I would prefer someone based in the US.
You have to be available during the daytime hours (US) to answer tickets and deal with server issues.
You must also be available 24/7 by pager or phone in case of emergencies.
Most servers are cPanel, but two are DirectAdmin based so you need to be well versed in those systems.
All servers run either RHEL or Fedora so you need to know those two operating systems as well as the core components such as apache, bind, mysql, and exim.
If a server is down you will be expected to respond to the issue, contact the datacenter if necessary, and make sure everything is working after the reboot. If there is an issue with a service not working then you will be expected to fix that issue asap.

I would prefer to pay by ticket answered as well as by server issue, fixed, if something comes up during those 3 days. You are basically going to be like a replacement of me in my company so you are to have many good recommendations and you better meet or exceed those requirements.

Now to test your skill at following directions:
You are to send a resume as well as contact information including phone and instant messenger screen names to [admin at telnap.com]. You should also include references and expected salary. If any of those is missing your email will be deleted.

Thank you

Hi Devioustrap,

I am not a US guy, is it ok for you?
