BAD EXPERIENCE ALERT
I am auctioning some stuff on eBay. Today I discovered that an old, inactive, disabled by paypal account is causing PayPal images to be inserted into my auctions. This causes 2 problems.
1. Shows credit cards. My current PayPal account does not accept credit cards.
2. Has a payment link. If a bidder uses this link, s/he will send money to an account I can't access.
Now why does PayPal do this to auctions when the PayPal account in question is disabled?
And since two of my items have bids, I cannot remove the PayPal logos! So I have to put a bidder-deterring (because it seems so weird) notice on the bidded on auctions saying that auction winners should NOT USE THAT LINK. And eBay will not remove the links for me, for no reason at all.
AAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!
Note: eBay's live help service is the best thing they've ever done. Fast and actually helpful responses (except this time). And no more waiting for an email reply. :)
