I think I've heard of this, but googling it didn't seem to help...

Is there a service that will offer nameservers that you can point your custoemrs, to, that never change. But you have control of were those ns point to.
So instead of sending out an email to everyone saying to change their DNS stuff if you have to change stuff around, I could just change it, and have everyone move over at the same time...

This would be a tremendous time-saver and face-saver.

Does anyone know if anyone offers it? And have oyu used this service yourself? If so, how much did it cost, and is it worth it?

If you want to outsource your DNS to a 3rd party, there are tons of services out there which provide a service you are looking for.

ultradns.com, dnsmadeeasy.com, enom.com, just to name a few.
