Okay, so I'm trying to install Modernbill on a server with Plesk 7.5 Reloaded. The only problem is in the begining of the install Modernbill says that my php.ini file is located in etc so I SSH into it and I change the two variables that modernbill asks me to (open_basedir and session.use_only_cookies). When I save the php.ini file and reload everything, it appears that nothing has changed. Does anyone know if plesk appends another file to the php.ini file, and if so, where is it located?
