Which do you think a customer want more and WHY? Thanks!!

It was a tough call, but I went support in the vote.

While price is certainly a high priority these days, in the end, support wins hands down.

Actually, Lats, support is what the customers come to realize that, -yes!-, that's what they need. Eventually...
But, AFAIK, they'll always go for the lowest price first.
No matter how crappy technical support is, or that the servers are actually very bad quality, they'll lie to themselves ("can't be *that* bad...and look at the price!")

But then that would be someone hosting a personal site right...? By the way, for hosts with personal hosting plans and business hosting plans, do you get more personal hosting customers or business hosting? As in... in your opinion and experience, are there more personal hosting clients or business hosting clients?

IMHO this depends.
The newby goes for price, the profi for support. You have to make this error at least once to know it :)
And there is a difference between hobby site and a site generating money.

This poll is actually not right. You would never buy a host with good support that costs $1000/mo for 1 gb transfer and 100 mb space. You also never buy host with 10 gb transfer and 500 mb space with only 5/mo with no support. See all three options are most important and dont go without each other! I would vote for all three if possible!

It's fine!

Depends a lot on how deep peoples pockets are and their level expertise.

Some people don't care how much it costs, they just need the bandwidth.

I would have to agree, support, bandwidth and quality service all come with a price tag attached. If you are looking for a host with the "I am going for the lowest price" stuck in your head I would be willing to bet you are going to be missing out on some of these key areas, as the last time I checked none of these are free.:D

My vote went to support on this poll I would have probably chose two if I could, cost is a factor but not as big as one as the other two are.

You also forgot to include service in the poll, as your $5 per month, 200 megs of diskspace, and 35 gigs of bandwidth will be of no use to you if it goes down for 10 hours out of the day.
