Are these servers capped at 3mbit/sec or is it burstable to 100mbit?
Also can you give us an IP to run some tests on? NTT/Verio-HK Bandwidth.

Thank you for your enquiry, we rent out bandwidth along with the server. So the bandwidth is not burstable to 100mbit although it's on 100mbit port.
