If I was to hire someone to take care of email support, Aim support, new accounts, ect ect from the Hours 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM everyday during the week. How much should I pay them monthly?
A rough estimate.

Sounds like you could get somebody to do that working remotely!
Maybe someone self employed?
Price really depends on where and how ;)

I would also think it depends on the persons experience level and if they were an employee of your company or something like a 1099 contractor or something..

There was recent thread about roughly about a week ago which gave an indication to pay depending on number of support tickets cleared.
It was interesting - something along the lines of 75 cents if a ticket was cleared within 24 hours, 50 cents etc etc.
Might be worth a search.
