I will be designing a site that contains some pictures of strippers. Will i need to make the models sign a disclaimer or other type of form?

If anyone does this can you please point me to the right direction.

Any information or sample forms will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

does anybody have an idea? At least post something that you've heard of. This way I know people are reading this.

Thanks

You will have to have a model release, proof of age and also authorization to place their images (license) on your site.

Do yourself a favor and get everything in black and white when you can. Now if you see some girl out in the street in public flashing, then she's fair game. (That is how the Girls Gone Wild movies get away with it) Being in and out (no pun intended) of the adult business for a few years now I have learned always to get something in black and white. Here are the reasons....

1. Covers your ass if the model wigs out and wants them removed.
2. Proves the model is at least 18
3. Puts the ownersip of the pictures to you the webmaster, not the model.
4. In a nutshell it covers your ass. Most lawyers (in the event of something coming up) will not go to bat for you unless you have a release signed.

Now if you choose not to go with a release, then be prepaired to...

1. Remove pictures from time to time.
2. Blur out faces.
3. Have pissed off husbands, boy friends, girlfriends, etc yelling at you
4. For the word to get out that you are not a professional and then you'll never get a girl to trust you again.
5. More BS than it is worth.

I will admit that 99% of the time when a problem comes up, if you remove the pic everything is peachy. but from time to time you'll get the full rath of some pissed off girl. Just part of the gig, but if you got it in black and white, then she/he can't do a thing.
