I'm looking for versatile link management scripts - perl preferred.

I've examined what appear to be the ten most popular I can find on the internet by searching the top cgi scripts sites, but haven't yet found exactly what I'm looking for.

Anyone know of great links management scripts, reasonably priced (or free)?
