I just bought an owned license to WHM Autopilot and I have a question to ask. I have quite a few clients on my server at the moment and I would like to put them all in the system. However, if I edit the database and insert the appropriate information (is that the way to do it?), will it email them thanking them for signing up etc etc? Are there are any other problems that I may run into? Please share your experience as I'm sure I'm not the first person to do this.

My suggestion would be to enter then via the admin panel...look at the account dropdown there is an area to add new clients....then you can click the send welcome letter as well.

It would be better to ask this question in the autopilot forums. Their support is decent so you might get a quick response...

Are you planning to "import" the users straight to the database?
