Step one is securing your windows machine. It's waiting to get owned if it hasn't happened already. There are tutorials about this all over place. The basic idea is to turn off services you don't need, firewall everything else off without locking your remote access out (remote desktop). Without this, anything you do is a total waste of time. Once you have a stable platform, you can install whatever applications (game stuff) you need.

how about IPs addressing, i am not sure if it is correctly using.

my IPs: 67.19.20.234 ---- 238.

On 67.19.20.234 i setup Steam server with port is: 27015 and on ip 67.19.20.236 : 27015 this ip for HL2 but since i got the box, i didnt forward port or anything, all i did is go to NetWorkConnection and go to TCP/IP and choose Property and then at the WINs Tab, i choose "Import LMHOST" and choose the Steam for first IP and then samething for HL2.
This looks like it;s not correct. i've been looking online for specific instruction but couldnt find it.

Anyway, looking for someone who can give me tutorial or specific instruction , willing to pay $50 for this.
Thanks, please Help

If you've not figured it out yet, I've been running HL servers for a very long time and can certainly assist. Certainly won't be near $50, as it won't take that long at all.
